I have a question. If you follow the link for David Mann at roadster.com which displays the Ford 32 Coupe and another vehicle he has sprayed with Gibbs to prevent the rust from returning after he DA'd it (miraculously filling in dents and holes), exactly what is the correct procedure for removing Gibbs before painting? I realize they state you can paint over it, but I would seriously doubt any paint manufacturer is going to agree to this. You want an epoxy primer to adhere itself to the metal not some intersealant. Need to use the DA again? Will a standard Wax and Grease remover take care of this? Anyone who has used this stuff for a long time ever painted over it?
