From what i've read, you spray it on.. let it soak a week or more, then come back and sand it down to bare metal with a DA sander.
Then like magic, the rust is gone!
If there is still rust left after hours of sanding, then it's not Gibbs Brands fault.. you must have not let it soak long enough.
