Interesting. I learned to drive a manual with a three on the tree and have no problem going back and forth between the Ol' Buckin' Bronco and my daily driver, which has a five speed. My wife on the other hand doesn't like driving the truck, and one of the reasons given is the difficulty she has getting used to the three on the tree.
