There should be all kinds of options for you. Check out Patrick's for example. My '61 retains the Rochester with the stock choke and throttle cable and works very nicely. There are enough Rochesters out there to create a large knowledge base, and therefore you should be able to have what you want. A good running stock carb that doesn't leak fuel. You can pick up a professionally rebuilt one from any number of vendors AND have a warranty with it if it does puke out the gas.(90 days typical) Have fun.
