Okay...I am back out of my crawl space.
[Greg's head is hanging low]..I did not find my invoices from Canada Customs and Revenue back in 2000 and 2001.
I did find my Chevy Duty invoices and office memos from my accounting department regarding brokerage fees owing when I worked in engineering....I had all my parts from the USA delivered to the office because I was there 8-10 hours per day.
I am sure I have the paperwork because I am anal about keeping stuff. [engineering background] it is probably inserted in some other stuff by my error.
So...no back up documents, no claim for duties.
My wife remembers the day I got those invoices for duties ...and I declared, from that day forward I would purchase from Canadian suppliers only. Hence, my relationship with Scott's in AB.
