There hasn't been duty levied for many years on parts made in the USA. UPS does a fine job of ripping off Canadians when they bring parts across the border. They charge "brokerage" fees which is a thing of the past. I find that there are some items that I can only get from the US. Our truck suppliers in Canada are much smaller than the big ones in the US and so they don't tend to carry as many items. From my exposure both in the hobby and also professional purchases, I really like the way I am treated by American businesses. I can't say the same thing for Canadian businesses.
