Shipping parts can be tricky, weight is a big issue there. Splitting the shipment up (if possible) can save some time & hassle & I have shipped internationaly via USPS several times in the last year with no hangups.
I'm sure there's a supplier out there that can help, I'd be willing to help you out if you dont find other sources.
On the bypass lines, if all you need are lines, you can probably get what you need custom made locally at a nearby airport/aerodrome that has hydraulic maintenance shops. There are also industrial shops that work on farm tractors or trucks. I've found them to be a great help on special projects, never know, you may find someone who is a fan of old bolts & will hook you up cheap.
