Lots of places won't ship overseas mostly because the only cost effective way to ship overseas is thru the USPS.. and they have pretty poor tracking on packages delivered within the U.S., let alone packages that go outside of the country.
I've shipped maybe 12 packages outside the U.S. via USPS, and 5 of them have had problems.
Usually they get 'hung up' at some point while some inspector opens it to see what it is.. but nobody tells you that, and there isn't a number you can call or check on the internet to see where the package is or what's going on with it.
Meanwhile, the guy you sent the package to is all freaking out, reversing charges, or demanding his money back, and all you can do is say, "I sent it.. here's the receipt to prove I did."
And every now and then, a package just anishes off the face of the earth.
That's why many of the outfits that do ship overseas only ship via UPS or FedEx.. which is usually quite expensive.. but the up side to that is you get 'real time' tracking on the package.
But since those methods are so much more expensive, most people don't want ship that way.
But I know there are other International Stoeolters out there, perhaps one of them will chime in and offer a suggestion or supplier that carries the parts you need, and willing to ship internationally.
