Personally I think you already answered the cam problem when you stated "IT RAN SMOOTH"... if the cam was bad it wouldn't run smooth. I'd just fix the sleeve and piston and enjoy it. BAN LOW PERFORMANCE DRIVERS... NOT HIGH PERFORMANCE CARS !!
