go down to a local autobody shop and grab a couple cardboard boxes that they recieved hoods in and make a carton for it. call dhl they are 1/2 of anyone else. insure the hood and pack it well good luck. i had a door for my 53' sedan delivery shipped from kansas to washington state by dhl, 63lbs 33.00 bucks came a day early with no shipping damage. good luck
