Hy Bernd, I have installed two of these units so far, I'm not sure who the supplier was [ supplied to me by customers ]. I had to modify both of the mounting brackets, I had to cut the mounting feet off of both of them to make them fit properly, one was on a 52 one ton and the other was a 49 half ton. The frames on these trucks constantly taper from back to front, and it looks like the brackets are made to work on frame rails that are parallel. AS far as the attachment to the pedal I had to use a spacer between the hiem joint and the pedal arm, hope that helps.
