I haven't got a policy from them yet, but Sneed Insurance offers coverage with the fewest restrictions that I have seen. they have no mileage restrictions and no requirement to keep the truck in a locked garage. However, they do not allow you to use the truck for hauling anything; it must be used strictly as a passenger vehicle. You might want to check them out as well.
