I rebuilt a complete set of hucks on a 47 1.5 ton for about $9 including brake juice. The rubber cups were purchased at Bumper To Bumper for $.50 each. One thing you need to look at is the master cylinder and make sure it has a good pressure retainer, it should keep about 1 to 2 pounds of pressure at rest. Even a new tight wheel cylinder will seep without a slight amount of pressure at rest.
