looks like a head stamped 3836850 = 1958-1962 261 engine head from "the forgotten engine".

I'm sure someone will help you with the block casting number,it appears to be missing some numbers,i may be wrong ? There should be about seven digits before the F ? The numbers after your F don't look right. I would almost bet you have a 261 engine.
