o.k., here is my first try at attaching photo links.
I know a lot about cars & trucks, but the oldest I have ever worked on was early to mid 1960's.
I will show my ignorance here and ask this: What is the pedal on the floor to the right of the gas pedal? My father had a 1950 F**d 1/2 ton, but I don't remember that on the floor.
Look in the glove box in the interior photo and you can see the rats had a field day in there. I probably just destroyed the birthplace of hundreds of field rats.
