on my 39. new bushings from online vendor. close but not original. new shaft made at machine shop. pressed out old bushing using a carriage bolt with nut and washer to pull. pressed new bushing in using machinist vice from drill press. machine shop honed the new bushing to fit the new shaft, i drilled and tapped pedal for grease fitting. machinist charged me $20 or so. good old Joe Rolland.
