if i had to bet i would say your average engine temop on a warm to hot day above 85 or so is 200 -210 normally,if you rap headers it will decrease by 4-8 degrees at min,and elect fan like a blackmax is the best for slow speed operation or hot weather ,it simply moves more air,and does it when it needs not as trafic allows these 2 things should solve you temp issue,if you are unsure and think it maybe an internal engine problem like a head gasket or so on a cheap easy way to check is ,go to napa and for 20.00 buy a block tester ,it goes in the rad and sniffs for unburnt fuel,most head gaskets fail at sealing ring<the most presure,most heat area,and the coolant port is the closest point of presure release,if i can help in anyway let me know shayne MPCR
