Wow i forgot the week and a half struggle with the belt lines. Seems that the 47 had a belt line with a differnt curve at the front end. Our doors werent in the best shape, so we opted to use ones from a 49 truck. Never knew the differntance until we mounted them for a test fit. The belt line is now about 1/2 lower at the front than the back. The back lines up fine. There is not enough play in the door adjustment to make it right. Good thing Scott brought this up,as I didnt take any pictures of it showing the differance.
