Strange thing happened to me today. I have a good friend who runs a galvanizing business who has been so good to acid dip a lot of parts for me free of charge. He dipped frame and many other parts. Friday I took him five rims from the truck so acid could remove rust and old paint.
When I picked them up today someone had put them in galvanized vat and galvanized them. Not what I needed. The question is what can I do? Will sandblasting them rough them up enough to paint? Or should I start looking for more rims?
