The tire dealer and most of the guys here were referring to them as split rims. I figured it was a generic term for any rim that could be split apart, specifically, two piece split rim or three piece split rim. The Shop Manual does refer to them as two piece rims, I'll give ya that.
What ever ya choose to call them, I think we can all agree, they are one big old, pain in the arss!
