My buddy who has a 40 Chevy 1/2 ton asked me drive his truck in a movie, "Marriage", all through the night lastnight so I broke down and called the shop. They've got a hoist (I really need to buy large jack stands & a good hyd jack). The shop somehow found tie-rods ends but I'm going to mention what you've all mentioned while we have it up in the air and can review it better. Unfortunately they barely used the 40 in the shots and focused more on the Terraplane, mid 30's Caddys, etc.
