I wanted to powder coat and use the original wheels and hub caps from the panel truck and so far I don't have a good solution for tires. Talked to a local dealer who checked his catalogs and could only find one 17.5X8, it is a bply bias tire. He is not sure of the quality.

Is there a tire answer, if not is there a wheel answer that I could use to put radials on and still use the original hub caps to get the look?
