Hi Jerry,
Take a good look at the frame where the front of the right rear spring attaches to the frame. Also check out the frame between the cab and the bed. If the frame is sound, and the title is clear, the truck as you describe it would be well worth $1,000.00 in my neck of the woods, perhaps a little more.
