Now that oil filter looks like mine. I had the same initial reaction to Bill's air filter as you, by the way.
I was told that there was an increased fire danger due to the potential breakage of the fuel filter bowl (versus the modern cylindrical metal one in there now) in the event of an accident.
Bill- I did take some digital stills using my video camera along with a short video before taking it to the painters. I was already kicking myself for not taking pictures before I removed the two sheets of plywood (installed at two different times) over the original bed and then pictures of the original bed itself before I ripped it out. Now I only have to try and figure out how to download the photos of the video camera. I suppose I could open the owner's manual that came with the camera, and maybe even read it this weekend :rolleyes: .
