a pal of mine went to a link like that... and enter her info... and in a few hours someone had highjacked her account, changed her email and started posting for sale stuff on ebay with her account.
She emailed ebay and let them know that she had not authorized her email addy to be changed, etc... so they went in and cleaned it up and restored the account to her... but it was a big aggravation. There is a certain URL that all ebay sign in's happen on... if it isn't listed exactly that way, then something is up.
