If damaged be sure you keep the box etc. I just received a patch panel from Classic Parts (my first ever order from them) and when I opened it it was bent. You can tell by looking at the box. I called Classic Parts and they are shipping me a new one and contacting UPS.....which will in turn contact me. Just FYI (for your information) | | |
