I am no meturllurgist...but I would say...don't use them. Fire and Rims is a bad combo. If you do the math on how hot the rims were to burn the tires off, who knows what happened to the metal in the process. For the amount of time and money you will spend on repainting, mounting and balancing alone, you will be paying a lot of what new rims from Chevs of the 40's would cost if you have to start over.

There are rims out there that have not been in a fire...keep hunting and get a better set. My $.02.....
