I am about to remove my gas tank and clean the crud out. I plan on putting a couple of quarts of pea gravel in it and rotating around using a rotissori, then removing the gravel. Maybe I'm paranoid but I plan on counting the pieces of gravel going in and coming out. My question is should I use water with this idea, or another liquid (hydrogen peroxide maybe)? Is this overkill? Thanks in advance for your feedback.
