It could be one of two things. If your running a brass float in your carb, it may have pinhole/s in it making it "heavy", and your fuel level in the bowl is too high causing the extra fuel to bleed over around turns. It could also be the float level adjusted too high causing the same concern. If you're running a composite float, it may be fuel soaked, and has become "heavy". Or, it may also be out of adjustment.
