I'm aware of the 60 - 62 X frames w/torsion bar front suspensions. The frames from 63 on up are simular in design but the 77 frame I was referring to has an indentation where the P/S box mounts to the frame whereas the 63 doesn't. That's why an adaptor plate is needed to retro fit a more modern box onto an older frame. I would think that the front portion of the 60 through 62 frames could accomodate that adaptor and P/S box just as easily as a 63 through 66. I may be wrong but I'm sure something could be fabricated relatively easy,
