I've had problems with ignored Emails and smartalic answers after prying repeatedly to get a response. I regret it since they support this site but I will never contact them again.
If they had treated me with any respect at all they would have made hundreds of dollars. They must be doing one heck of a business to ignore and insult polite customers making serious inquiries about their products.
