#20748 02/10/2004 4:02 PM | Joined: May 2003 Posts: 111 Member | | Member Joined: May 2003 Posts: 111 | I used a slide hammer with an expanding hook. Two taps and it was out. Lucky for me, my Dad had the tool, so I didn't have to hunt it down and buy it ( Cheap is good, but free is for me!).
