If you're going to sell it,why the 3"pipes? I'd get a 2-1/2" set on it and call it good. Chances are,whoever you sell it to will want different pipes/mufflers/sound/looks anyway,so save yourself the money and hassle,just give it a standard fresh exhaust system and let the buyer spend HIS money to make it "better".
