Patrick, I live in your neck of the woods (north Dallas) near UTD and will take you up on the trip to Sonic. I can use all the help I can get - and a jalapeno burger. My budget won't allow for the disc brake conversion (it looks like it would cost about $1,000). I have replaced the front shoes and plan to replace the drums and cylinders.
