I have good luck at the tire shops-almost every time somebody buys a set of custom wheels and new tires,the tire shop gets the job of disposing of the old,ugly wheels and the worn out tires.I can usually get wheels for 10-20 bucks each,sometimes they'll cut me a deal if I take a full set off their hands.
