Bill, I had mine sewn at a upholstery shop. you can cut the fabric and foam take it to him to stich and then glue it to the backer yourself or let him do the whole thing. check pricing but you can find the material at some local fabric shops at real decent prices. I paid 120$ for him to do the whole thing including leather type material
