Fred, UPS does let any of their old trucks or trailers go out to the public. Its almost impossible to find one. They own the design of their trucks, and what parts they cant use get scraped.
Theres a couple of place that have some 18" tires. Miller tire is one, and Tucker tire is the other one. This size tire was popular on ag equipment. The hardest tread to find is an ag(tractor) styled one.
