I hate to say it, but the 700x18 is about the worst size to try to locate. I tried to help a former member through the same problem, he finally gave up and put the old tires back on his truck. He had found some traction tires on ebay. I just looked and could only find highway tires.
From what I recall, Blue was scouring the junkyards of Montana in search of some modern rims. He was told that what he needed were wheels from a UPS truck. The sad part was that the yard had some, but they couldn't sell them for whatever reason.
