For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Jun 2005 Posts: 887 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Jun 2005 Posts: 887 | I had a bad experience with CPP myself- THey took over a month on a order, when I finally called they told me it was back ordered and would be a few more weeks.
I ordered a brake booster/master cylinder kit from them and a couple of months later when I got around to putting it in I call to see if I could swap the unsused brand new never out of the box single diapragm booster for a dual diapragm and they said no returns after 30 days! I mentioned that if they had told me when I ordered it that for an extra $30 I could have had the dual I would have gone that way.
Anyhow... one thing I do like about CPP is their website. Lots of their 'kits' are pretty easy to make on your own if you know what it looks like and how to install it. So, when I'm thinking about upgrading something I'll go to their site, look at the pictures and install instructions before deciding whether to buy or build using parts from the scrap yard.
