Shorty, I would offer the man whatever the truck is worth to YOU. Value of these trucks are difficult to determine and it usually ends up that everybody wins. For instance,if you pay him what he gave for the truck he will be happy and you cant lose money because someone will gladly pay you that for the truck.
I know I have been offered a lot more for my trucks than I gave for them but they are not for sale because I enjoy them so much, that is unless I could get Barret-Jackson prices for them!!Ha,Ha
