Gas would be my biggest concern. Others will add more, but seals may dry up a little. Condensation etc may cause you some probs if your truck is in Ohio.
But..my truck sat in a barn for 20-30 years. I changed the carb and fuel pump, plugs, points and it ran like a top for the year since I got it back on the road.
Check the tech tips for winter storage to see if there is anything more in there.
Tranny would not be a worry to me.
