The late model full size chassis are to wde to fit under your panel very well. You can update the stock suspension to handle most any thing but the heaviest work. There are also many aftermarket suspensions out there ranging from less than 500 dollars for a basic kit to several thousand for much fancier units. It is often a compromise, between form and function to try to swap in an entire chassis fro another vehicle. Thats not to say it cant be done and done well. Its just not as easy or cheap as a lot of folks try to make it seem. The S10 swaps work fair with these trucks, however they always look crowded in the steering box radiator support area.
