Ford, early jeep, and some Dodge 1/2 ton wheels will fit it with that bolt pattern. The 345 is a tough engine, 300,000 miles isn't out of the question with proper care. They do like gas, alot of it. When I was a kid there was a guy that came to go hunting on our farm every year. He had an old binder set up just like yours, it'd go anywhere. Good luck with this truck, I know there aren't alot of parts out there for them but you can find them.
