No special req. just need to drill to make sure there is no permafrost where you want to build. Has to be approved by the subdivision developer, don't think it will be a problem as it will fit the area. The neighbors horses might want to move from their little lean-to shed to my place.
Just got a call from "She Who Matters Most", I said hello and she said YES. She likes the idea.
