Ed Blouch 'Bolter E Joined: Jul 2005 Posts: 308 Ohio	I may be wrong but it seems on my 46 the one you pull turns on the wiper and the turn adjusts the speed. I am not sure if mine work as they should, when I give the truck gas they slow down and when I let off the gas they start working again. Ed
