Yup looks like clerical error the number is C1446F112573 its a mississippi title I bought it from another stovebolter. I just talked to a buddy of mine that said Ms. didn't use titles until the 70's which means they used bill of sales and someone sold the truck and just guessed at the year probably.
So I have a 66 that is titled as a 64 do to clerical error which is no biggie I rather have a 66 as that is the year I was born.
