this morning i went out and started the truck with the rad cap off and watched. it took about 10 minutes for the water to start circulating...this seems like a long time to me. i do not have a temp gauge, i know shame on me. i heard 2 numbers 185 and 195...what is stock? i know that it has a good thermostat because i put a new one in a few years back...so i think it is ok. i guess i am going to have to change the termostat. reversing the flow by swapping the hoses sounds interesting. would those be the red hoses that run thrugh the firewall? so it sounds like thermostat, thanks guys.
