Well, Guys, I'm running some old 24" Douglass steel packs on my 261 and would not trade, except for straights!
Those things have been on my truck for 25 years and thery are almost straights. To me that's as old school as you can get. I prefer the higher pitch sound a steel pack gives you on either a straight six of bent motor. Steel packs are still being made by a couple of different folks.
