| | | | Joined: Feb 2002 Posts: 12,029 Cruising in the Passing Lane | | Cruising in the Passing Lane Joined: Feb 2002 Posts: 12,029 | Greg - here\'s the layout - most folks have a cotter pin in the throttle linkage where there needs to be the special clip shown to hold the rod in place, and the cable goes thru the hole and is held by the little screw clamp so the linkage can move while the cable slides in the hole - when you pull the hand throttle it pulls up the linkage clear enuff?
