(should be at the carb) . . Did you set the octane selector to zero,secure that bolt.There is a screw just under the main part of the dist. housing that needs to be loosened to adjust the timing.It is like a clamp around the distributor housing shaft.
There is enough good in the worst of us and enough bad in the best of us that it does not behoove any of us to criticize the rest of us.
